This was an interesting story, incredibly well written, set in a very intriguing and unusual world and with well developed characters. By the end of the book, I still couldn’t find it in myself to like the main character, but I could not stop reading to see what happens, and I’ve immediately pre-ordered the next two books.

Dahlia is the main character, a chameleon shifter, hidden not only from the humans, but other supernatural creatures, as well. She is a smart person who is prone to making incredibly stupid decisions.
